Returns Policy


Your Pretty Dope will accept return requests for eligible products within 30 days after you have received your item.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Accepted returns have a 15% restocking fee. The original shipping charges incurred at the time of purchase are non-refundable.

To start a return, you can contact us at Include your order number in the subject line and the items you would like to return in your email to expedite the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damaged, used, dirty, or otherwise unsellable products will be declined by the returns department and a refund will not be issued for any products not in unused condition.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Under extreme circumstances, we may choose to accept returns past the 30 day window. Should your return be approved, the restocking fee will be as follows:
31-60 days: 25% restocking fee
61-90 days: 35% restocking fee
90-120 days: 50% restocking fee



The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.



We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
